If your company has 2-100+ employees, you have literally 1000’s of coverage options. We’ll ask you the right questions, analyze your coverage needs, review your current health insurance plan (when applicable) and find ways to improve upon your current coverage. If you do not have a group health insurance plan in place, we will review with you a detailed proposal showing the best plans available from multiple insurance carriers that meet your needs and that of your staff. We’ll sort through the 1000’s of options available from all available carriers for health insurance, vision, dental and life insurance based on our needs assessment. From there we will put together a detailed proposal that shows your options, present our recommendations and answer all questions for you and your staff. If you currently have a group health insurance plan in place, we will review your coverage to ensure the plan(s) you have best fit your current needs. PPO’s, HMO’s, narrow networks, Rx drug plans, HSA plans, supplemental benefits, co-pays, participation requirements, employer contribution requirements, deductibles…we will help you to make sense of it all and choose the very best plan(s) to fit your needs.
Once we decide on the best plans, we will walk you through exactly what paperwork needs to be completed for enrollment and assist with submitting it all. We will of course always be available throughout the policy year to promptly answer questions for you and your employees.
For January 1, 2022 coverage, it is also tremendously important to understand the role of the annual open enrollment period; November 15th – December 15th. This allows your company to enroll with NO PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS. This open enrollment period allows many of our clients to qualify for a group policy when otherwise they may have not qualified.
